- Make sure you check your bindings every year.
- Get your bindings checked from a specialist (only 45 % of the ski-bindings are set correctly)
- Ski-gymnastics as a preparation for your ski-holiday gives you the basis to enjoy your skiing.
- Don´t forget to warm-up before you make your first descent.
- Gloves and hat protect you from coldness and bruises when you fall
- When you feel that you are getting tired, stop for a break (best without alcohol)
- Take care of all the others on the slope. The FIS-rules help you.
